📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor the SG&A controlling team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the technical consolidation function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls to support our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and financial planning.
• Leverage tools like SAP and Excel to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Represent the finance team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a controlling or financial management role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controls.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with the food delivery industry is a plus.
