🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social services, community development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale social programs.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive transformative change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to social services and elderly care.
• Certification in Elderly Care or a related field is a plus.
