📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular asset audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update asset and packaging records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Track and manage asset movements, including transfers, disposals, and replacements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset utilization and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to asset management.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset management practices.
• Provide support to the team during peak periods or special projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP or other ERP systems for asset and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in asset management.
