In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to consolidate financial data from various subsidiaries and business units, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of management reports, providing valuable insights to support our executive team's decision-making processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consolidate financial data from various subsidiaries and business units, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, providing valuable insights to support our executive team's decision-making processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including journals, ledgers, and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by the business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in financial reporting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with financial reporting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
