📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to the table.
• Recommend menu items and provide information about our products to enhance the guest experience.
• Clean and maintain the dining area, ensuring it is presentable and hygienic at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, and the ability to recommend menu items effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
