📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Help organize and participate in employee training and development programs.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of payroll-related documents.
• Help with the coordination of HR events and activities.
• Assist in the maintenance of HR documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
• Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
