📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop a roadmap for implementation.
• Assess the current state of digital capabilities and develop a plan to bridge the gap.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Leverage the latest technologies and best practices to drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional value to customers.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and incorporate them into our digital transformation strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that digital initiatives are supported and successfully implemented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing digital strategies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the digital space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in digital transformation, architecture, or a related field are a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus.
