📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies in collaboration with the team
• Organize and execute events, workshops, and initiatives to foster community involvement
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders
• Conduct research and analysis to inform community development projects and initiatives
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Support the team in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews
• Contribute to the overall success of community development projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a final-year program or a recent graduate in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong understanding of community development principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems, event management software, and data analysis tools
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
