📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design visually appealing content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content that aligns with business goals and brand identity
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to produce high-quality graphics, infographics, and other visual elements
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development of content strategies and creative briefs for various projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our content offerings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content design and digital marketing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in content design and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
