📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic programs that align with the company's vision and mission.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement programs that deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Strategic Program Unit team.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic program management, preferably in the government or non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-impact programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Certification in strategic program management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
