Smart Home Indonesia is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Support the marketing team with product literature and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, Confluence, or other documentation platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
