📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and managing the kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
