📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop injection molding tools using SolidWorks, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical support to the production team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tool designs into production processes.
  • Optimize tool designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in plastics injection molding.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide input on tool design improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool design for plastics injection molding.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong understanding of plastics injection molding processes and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
