📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions for clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to the team.
  • Prepare and present tax reports and analysis to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks for clients, and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.
  • Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTI, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
