📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.,Conduct cost audits and prepare cost adjustment claims to ensure project profitability.,Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide advice and guidance on cost-saving measures and improvements.,Manage and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering in the construction industry.,Proven track record in cost management and control.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles and practices.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Primavera, and AutoCAD.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.🛠️ Keahlian
