📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on John Deere agricultural equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior mechanics and technicians.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural equipment technology.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Certification as a John Deere Certified Service Technician (CST) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of John Deere equipment and systems.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
