Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable integration solutions using Core Java and TIBCO middleware technologies.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of integration solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Core Java and TIBCO middleware technologies.Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure the continuous improvement of technical skills.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that integration solutions align with business objectives.Document technical designs, architectures, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Core Java and TIBCO middleware technologies.Strong understanding of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and integration solutions.Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance integration solutions.Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.🛠️ Keahlian
