📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team motivated and informed.,Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using sales management software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the sales industry and market trends is a plus.
