As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, and evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successful and integrated into the team.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a human resources or staffing agency.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and the ability to work in Jakarta Raya.
