📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential negative impacts.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using operational software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
