📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and operational software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
