📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans,Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions,Monitor student progress and provide feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of tutoring programs,Collaborate with other tutors and staff to improve teaching methods,Maintain accurate records of student performance,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities,Provide administrative support as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of tutoring experience,Strong knowledge of subject matter,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with educational technology and tools,Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles,Passionate about education and committed to student success
