HAVEN Mandiri is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network security and ensure compliance with security policies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.,Monitor system performance and address any issues that may arise.,Maintain and update IT inventories and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
