JUNCTION Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Medical Representative to join our team in Pematangsiantar. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell healthcare products to doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.,Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Provide product information and training to healthcare providers.,Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.,Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
