📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Administrate payroll and benefits,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Oversee leave management and attendance tracking

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
