Hokian Hendra Bakery is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Magelang. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a professional who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping our team grow and thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
