PT Baskoro Bukit is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers and maintenance teams. This role is crucial for maintaining the company's operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and coordinating vehicle schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
