📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and sales to streamline logistics processes.
• Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution and operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new distribution strategies and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of distribution operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution and operations management.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
