📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop learning programs that are aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate learning activities and provide support to learners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Contribute to the development of the Learning and Development strategy.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
