Direct Nest Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Lab Technician to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will support our lab operations, ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, and contribute to the overall success of our laboratory services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Lab Manager in overseeing daily lab operations and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.,Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.,Support the Lab Manager in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of lab performance.,Assist in the procurement and management of laboratory supplies and chemicals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lab services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Knowledge of good laboratory practices (GLP) and quality management systems.
