📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist members and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Handle inquiries, provide information about memberships, classes, and facilities, and address any concerns.
• Process payments and manage membership renewals.
• Promote gym offerings, special events, and new classes to encourage member participation.
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to the management team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Uphold the gym’s values and policies, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office or CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Passion for fitness and a desire to inspire others to lead healthy lifestyles.
• Fluent in Indonesian with good English skills.
