You'll also be responsible for managing crew changes, ensuring smooth transitions between vessels, and maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency on board. With 5+ years of experience in crew recruitment and management, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough recruitment and vetting of crew members for LNG and tanker vessels, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Manage the end-to-end crew management process, including onboarding, training, and certification.
• Use SAP and Crewlink to streamline recruitment and crew management processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless transition of crew members between vessels.
• Monitor crew performance and safety, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of crew management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in crew recruitment and management, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and Crewlink, or similar crew management software.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of other international languages an advantage.
• Valid STCW certification or equivalent, preferred.
